Kleiner Hinweis für alle, die ein Synology-NAS haben und dort auch die Surveillance Station nutzen. Um den Kamera-Feed oder Aufzeichnungen zu betrachten, gibt es eine App, auch für Android. Nun kann es bei einigen Smartphones von OnePlus oder Xiaomi da zu Problemen kommen, sofern das Gerät schon mit Android 10 ausgestattet wurde. Synology hat noch keine aktualisierte Version von DS Cam für Android veröffentlicht, verteilt wohl aber einen Hotfix in Form einer manuell von euch zu installierenden APK-Datei (also einer Android-App).
DS Cam 3.3.1 sollte das Problem also erst einmal beheben, falls ihr irgendwie Probleme habt, den Live Feed oder Aufzeichnungen abzugreifen:
In the APK file:
– The issue where permission rules of non-admin are wrongly applied is fixed.
– Please also switch off hardware decoding for smoother video streaming if you are using Xiaomi Mi or OnePlus running Android 10.
This is only a temporary solution. If you have not experienced the issues above, do not download this APK. A new DS cam will be available in Google Play in the next few weeks.
