The snapshot tool can also be activated by hitting Ctrl + Shift + 5 (? + Shift + 5 on macOS). In addition, we’ve added keyboard shortcuts to improve the flow of capturing snapshots:
- Ctrl + W (? + W) will close the snap window.

Letzten Endes ist es so: Ich stelle mir immer die Frage, warum und ob man das braucht. Da kann man geteilter Meinung sein. Manche bevorzugen einen schlanken Browser, andere mögen zahlreiche Funktionen und Spielereien. Ich denke aber, dass es viele Nutzer gibt, die froh sind, so etwas unter der Haube zu haben. Quasi wie bei Firefox, wo man mittlerweile Screenshots anfertigen und teilen kann. Und der Nutzer braucht kein Wissen über Screenshot- und Bearbeitungs-Tools, geschweige denn muss er wissen, wo er einen Filehoster findet. Aber wie erwähnt: Das wird jeder anders beurteilen und ich glaube, dass die hier mitlesenden Techies eher einen schnörkellosen Browser ohne Heck Meck bevorzugen.
