Alternativ zu Xampp gibt es auch noch MoWeS – ist ebenfalls portable Dort kann man sich direkt beim herunterladen schon entscheiden welche Dinge man dabei haben möchte.

MoWeS (Modulares Webserver System)

für reine Präsentationen von Webseiten gibt es dann auch noch den MoWeS Presenter

Das ist genial. Portabler PHP und MYSQL Server.
Leider kannte ich nur Xampp und das ist etwas zu mächtig (50Mb+), finde ich, um nur Wordpress zu testen.

Hab schon viele CMS oder Blogs angetestet, aber Worpress hat mich noch nie so richtig begeistert.
Werd es aber nochmal antetsten.
Was ich bis jetzt nicht gefunden hab sind die Haupteinstellungen im Backend. Sind die irgendwo ausgelagert ?
