Habe es hinbekommen
ladet euch die adsweep.crx auf http://www.adsweep.org runter, benennt die Erweiterung als .zip um und entpackt sie nach Profil\Default\Extensions\AdSweep
Nun muss der Aufruf der chrome.exe noch angepasst werden:
C:\Portable_Google_Chrome\Chrome\chrome.exe –user-data-dir=Profil –enable-extensions –load-extension=”Profil\Default\Extensions\AdSweep”

Hat es schon jemand hingekriegt, AdSweep mit dem Portable Chrome hier zum laufen zu bekommen? Bei mir wird irgendwie nix geblockt, hab folgende Zeile ausgeführt zum starten:
C:\Portable_Google_Chrome\Chrome\chrome.exe –user-data-dir=Profil –enable-user-scripts

Eine so frühe Version sollte man besser nur als portable Version oder in einer virtuellen Maschine antesten.
